  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, or inform the salon in advance if you need to reschedule.
    If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, an additional fee may apply, or your appointment may be cancelled.
    Being punctual shows respect for both our schedule and other clients.

  • Guests who have not booked a treatment are not permitted to accompany clients inside the salon during treatments.

    For safety and comfort reasons, children under the age of 15 are not allowed inside the salon.

  • We encourage you to share your preferences, expectations, and any concerns openly with your stylist or technician.

  • Please ensure you arrive clean and free of strong odors.
    This includes washing your hair beforehand if necessary and avoiding heavy perfumes or scents that may affect others in the salon.

    Late cancellations (72 hours before treatment) or no-shows may incur a charge of the full treatment cost, and deposits are non-refundable.
